Ingredients:

• 2 oz The Real Deal Gin (Zero-Proof)

• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

• ½ oz lavender simple syrup (ver tip abajo)

• Sparkling water (to top)

• Ice

• Garnish: Sprig of lavender or lemon twist

Instructions:

1. In a shaker with ice, combine The Real Deal Gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup.

2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass with ice.

3. Top with sparkling water.

4. Garnish with a lavender sprig or a twist of lemon.
